Thank you for taking the time to read about my company. I wanted to take a moment to tell you why I started IRS.  Over the years I’ve been in thousands of damaged homes and businesses.  One thing that never changed was the sense of empathy I felt for everyone that I’ve helped over the years.  Your home is your greatest investment and your business is your livelihood.  Most property owners have never been through the claims process or dealt with restoration companies, contractors, and insurance companies.

Insurance Assistance the Entire Time

Insurance Restoration Services is committed to assisting in the water damage restoration process but also in literally walking through the insurance process with you. We pride ourselves in working closely with all insurance companies and the agents and adjusters they send out to your house. Whether it’s for water damage restoration, mold damage restoration, or fire damage restoration- we walk through the entire property with the insurance agent to make sure everything is noticed by the adjuster and everything is documented. Insurance claims can be tricky here in Vegas, so we want to advocate for you as your home is being restored or repaired.

We never make you pay upfront, and often times we can do the work with no out of pocket expense since we bill all insurance companies!  We know it’s stressful having to repair a home or business after an emergency like flooding or fire, let us take care of the restoration and insurance details!

Please remember that you want time to be on your side- so it’s important to act fast and call us as soon as you see or suspect water damage. If you wait too long it could mean permanent costly damage verses minor damage we could repair on the spot!

Our mission is to help you get back to living your life after your flood, fire, mold cleanup, or other issue.  Most people have never dealt with a disaster to their home.  The process can be overwhelming, confusing, and downright scary.  That’s what we’re here for!  We deal with floods, fires, mold problems, and asbestos every single day.  If handling your property wasn’t enough stress, you also have to deal with your insurance company. Many insurance companies are easy to deal with; unfortunately many are not as easy to work with.  We handle all the paperwork for you and work with your insurance to process your claim as quickly as possible while insuring your best interest are kept in mind.

Disaster Cleaning Services

Many insurance companies do a great job at streamlining the process for you.  Unfortunately there are many that do not. After several discussions with previous customers I learned how frustrating getting your property repaired can be. There are typically multiple companies involved and each company may have several departments, each with their own manager and workers.  Insurance companies may assign multiple adjusters to your claim as well.  A separate contractor may be brought in to perform the repairs on your home.  It’s your responsibility to make sure everyone is doing their respective jobs, and it’s ultimately your responsibility to make sure everyone gets paid for the work performed.  Having to remember all those names and phone numbers along with relaying information back and forth to the insurance company can be overwhelming. You may be stuck with a bill from any of these companies when all the work is done if you forgot to send in paperwork or get approval for the work.

I started Insurance Restoration Services after seeing too many claims end with an upset customer, and a frustrated adjuster. Our job is to make a difficult process easier for you.  We’re able to get your property back to normal without these frustrations by making your problems our problems.  Your insurance company has a role in the process and we know how to work with them while serving your best interest. Simply put; we make a difficult situation easier.
